BMA is now approved to provide pilot training using the Government GI Bill®. Veterans and active-duty personnel are eligible for the GI Bill®. This makes pilot education more accessible. As a result, we look forward to helping advance your pilot qualifications.
According to the Veterans Administration, you may be eligible if you meet all of these requirements:
- You qualify for the Post-9/11 GI Bill or Montgomery GI Bill, and
- have a private pilot’s license, and
- a second-class medical certificate valid for second-class privileges—or a first-class medical certificate if you want to pursue the Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
Veterans and active-duty personnel have received over $20 billion in benefits since August 2009. For more details on flight training using the GI Bill®: https://www.va.gov/education/about-gi-bill-benefits/how-to-use-benefits/flight-training/(external link)
